Kombori: The President of the special delegation of the commune of Kombori, Chief Warrant Officer Sansan Da, officially installed Inspector Yelkouhan Abel Some as the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB) of Kombori in the commune of Djibasso.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the installation ceremony for Yelkouhan Abel Some took place on Monday, November 24, 2025. This marks a significant moment as Some becomes the first official to assume this role since the district's inception in 2020. Prior to Some's appointment, the interim responsibilities were managed by Inspector Aime Urbain Bamouni, head of the primary education service at the provincial directorate of Koosin. Bamouni expressed gratitude to the educational community, particularly recognizing Inspector Pascal Coulibaly's leadership on behalf of the provincial director.

In his speech, Bamouni commended those involved for their dedication and extended his best wishes to his successor. Yelkouhan Abel Some conveyed his commitment to addressing the needs of local stakeholders and his aspirations to elevate the CEB of Kombori as a benchmark in education.

The event was attended by representatives from the CEBs of Djibasso, Madouba, and Barani, underscoring the collaborative spirit of the educational community as Kombori embarks on this new chapter.
