Zogore: The people of Zogore mobilized on Saturday, April 4, for a major cleanup day at the local market, which had recently been ransacked, AIB observed on site.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this citizen initiative demonstrated the residents' commitment to improving their living environment by offering a clean and welcoming face to the Zogore market. Tidiane Kirakoya, a member of the Zogore citizen watch group, expressed that this effort reflects the community's dedication to enhancing their surroundings.
This cleanup effort was part of the 3rd edition of the Days of Patriotic Commitment and Citizen Participation (JEPPC). It highlighted the population's resilience and their support for the development and responsibility vision advocated by the President of Faso, Head of State, Captain Ibrahim Traore.
The organizers praised the many participants who joined the initiative, giving special recognition to the women who played a significant role in the day's activities.
