Zondoma: The 'koglweogos' of the commune of Boussou carried out, on Monday, September 14, 2026, a cleanup operation of the courtyard of the Boussou town hall in the province of Zondoma. Beyond their voluntary commitment to ensuring the safety of people and property of the inhabitants of the commune of Boussou, the "koglweogos" took the initiative to clean up the premises of the Boussou town hall.
According to Burkina Information Agency, armed with machetes, hoes, picks, and sprayers, the 'koglweogos' cleared and cleaned the courtyard of the municipal building. 'With this action, we wanted to show that safety and cleanliness go hand in hand. A clean environment benefits everyone, and it is our duty as citizens to contribute to it,' said Michel Nana, the representative of the 'koglweogos'.
Present at the scene, the first vice-president of the Boussou special delegation, Wend-zoodo Marcelin Balma, expressed his gratitude to the initiators of this civic action. "I sincerely thank you for this civic spirit. It is an example to be commended and encouraged, demonstrating your commitment beyond your primary security mission," he declared.
