Zondoma: The Provincial Coordination of Civil Society Organizations (CPOSC) of Zondoma renewed its executive office in Gourcy, electing Nouro Oudraogo as the new president. Oudraogo's leadership will focus on promoting cohesion and dialogue during his tenure.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the election took place during a general assembly on September 10, 2026, at the Rural World Association premises in Gourcy. Nouro Oudraogo will lead the CPOSC of Zondoma for a three-year term, supported by Aguiratou Oudraogo as Secretary General, Sakinatou Oudraogo as Treasurer General, and Sadou Barry as Provincial Secretary in charge of monitoring public policies, gender, and advocacy.

Following his election, Nouro Oudraogo emphasized the importance of unity and dialogue among member organizations to improve coordination and contribute to the development of Zondoma province. He succeeds Tassr Oudraogo, whose term has concluded. The assembly also endorsed the moral and financial reports of the outgoing board and approved new founding texts for the coordination.
