Ouagadougou: VITESSE FC of Bobo-Dioulasso secured a 3-1 victory against Etoile Filante of Ouagadougou (EFO) at the Wobi Stadium on Sunday, November 2, 2025. The match, part of the 7th day of the national Ligue 1 championship, was controlled by VITESSE FC from beginning to end.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the home team took an early lead in the first minute when Harouna Ouattara scored. Despite EFO's attempts to counter, they struggled to find success.

Lamine Gorou extended the lead for VITESSE FC just before halftime, scoring in the 42nd minute and providing a comfortable 2-0 advantage at the break. The Bobolais maintained their pressure in the second half, with Ibrahim Diakite scoring from a direct free kick in the 79th minute to make it 3-0.
