According to Burkina Information Agency, in an atmosphere imbued with solemnity and patriotism, the national flag was raised this Monday morning at the Bogande High Court, reminding all the sons and daughters of Gnagna of their duty of loyalty and service to the Nation. Following the raising of the colors, carried out by a member of the Penitentiary Security Guard (GSP), the honor fell to the President of the Bogande High Court (TGI), Mr. Tierobemane Arsene Some, to present his department. On this occasion, he reiterated that the Bogande High Court is a court of first instance responsible for administering justice in the name of the Burkinabe people, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.
The president of the High Court explained that the court is structured around four essential services for litigants. These include the administrative office and the registry, which handles administrative management, procedural monitoring, coordination with the public prosecutor's office, and representation of the public's interests. In addition, there is the civil and commercial division, which has jurisdiction over disputes between individuals, family and inheritance matters, as well as commercial disputes, thus contributing to social peace and legal security in the province.
The Bogande High Court also plays a central role in handling criminal cases, protecting citizens' rights, and ensuring equitable access to justice, despite a sometimes challenging security and logistical environment. The presiding judge reassured users of the commitment of all judicial staff to providing a high-quality, accessible, and impartial public justice service.
