Education Reforms in Tannounyan Region Highlighted to Grassroots Stakeholders

Sindou: The regional director in charge of basic education for Tannounyan, Dr. Dari Anselme Da, addressed education stakeholders in Sindou, explaining the message from the minister in charge of basic education regarding the reforms undertaken at the department level.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the regional director, Anselme Dari Dah, met with education stakeholders on March 4, 2026, following the visit of the Minister in charge of Basic Education, Jacques Sosth¨ne Dingara, in Banfora on February 9, 2026. The meeting aimed to discuss the benefits of the reforms implemented within the department.

This event was part of a tour undertaken by the regional director in the province of Leraba, from March 3 to 5, 2026, aiming to deliver the minister's message to basic education stakeholders. On March 4, 2026, directors of schools, Early Childhood Education Centers (CEEP), and presidents of the school councils of the Basic Education District (CEB) of Sindou participated in the briefing.

The stakeholders were informed about the implementation of school reforms and strategies to improve academic results. "This tour also aims to explain to grassroots stakeholders the benefits of the reforms undertaken in education," stated Mr. Dah.

Mr. Dah noted that the mobilization of the actors of the CEB of Sindou and the quality of the exchanges indicated committed actors with relevant concerns who express themselves fairly on the reforms being implemented. He concluded by expressing confidence in the success of these reforms in the CEB of Sindou.
