Zondoma: Christians and Muslims in Zondoma united for a collective breaking of the fast, an event organized by the Youth in Action Association (AJA) led by Abdoul Kabirou Savadogo. This initiative aimed to create a platform for exchange, sharing, and communion between the Catholic and Muslim communities, both of which began Lent simultaneously this year.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Abdoul Kabirou Savadogo highlighted the event's goal of consolidating peace and social cohesion between the communities. Representatives from both groups commended the initiative, noting its success in fostering fraternity and unity among followers of different religions. The High Commissioner of Zondoma province, Aboubacar Sidiki Nab, expressed satisfaction with the event, viewing the simultaneous fasting periods as a divine opportunity to strengthen communal bonds.
