Boulkiemde Municipality Adopts Key Management Documents and Resilience Master Plan

Boulkiemde: The special delegation of the municipality of Bingo adopted on Monday its main management documents for the 2025 financial year and its Resilience Master Plan, during its first ordinary session of the year, chaired by its president, Yacouba Gouem. At the start of the proceedings, the agenda was submitted to the members. It included the reading and amendment of the minutes of the 4th ordinary session of 2025, the presentation of the 2024 special report of the president of the special delegation, the examination and adoption of the administrative account and the management account for the 2025 financial year, as well as the examination of amending budget no. 1.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the participants also worked on the draft resolution concerning the Bingo municipality's resilience master plan and on a resolution authorizing the establishment of an ad hoc commission for clearing land liabilities in the Bingo municipality, as a regularization measure. After verifying that the quorum was largely met, the members began examining the various items on the agenda.

Following discussions, the administrative account and the 2025 management account were adopted, after verification of their consistency. Amending budget no. 1 was also approved. The members also validated the Resilience Master Plan and adopted the resolution authorizing the establishment of an ad hoc commission for the clearing of land liabilities in the municipality of Bingo, as a regularization measure.

According to the president of the special delegation of Bingo, Yacouba Gouem, this session was mainly aimed at adopting management documents, ensuring their compliance and making structuring decisions for good local governance. With these decisions, the municipality of Bingo intends to consolidate its administrative and financial foundations while equipping itself with strategic tools to face development challenges.
