Dofre the Creator Unveils Album “Patriotic Immersion” to Enthusiastic Audience

Tapoa/music: The artist Dofre presents his album "Patriotic Immersion"

The artist "Dofre the creator," legally known as Yentema Frederic Miampo and a 3rd-grade student at Untaani High School in Diapaga, presented his debut album "Patriotic Immersion" on March 14, 2026, to an audience that embraced his work.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Dofre's album features a blend of traditional and modern styles, with themes centered on social cohesion, national unity, peace, resilience, and a deep love for his hometown, Diapaga. The artist performs in both French and Goulmanchema, incorporating a fresh Afrobeat dance style. His tracks "Immersion patriotique" and "Danse patriotique" have earned him a dedicated following in Diapaga.

Frederic Miampo, born to an agricultural engineer father and a homemaker mother in Diapaga, discovered his passion for music at a young age. In 2018, he relocated to Ouagadougou with his cousin Hubert Ouali, where he explored playing drums and piano in various local choirs. Upon returning to Diapaga three years later, he embarked on a solo career. His album "Immersion Patriotique" reveals his musical journey and dedication.

The album pays homage to Diapaga's resilience and acknowledges the efforts of provincial authorities, including the High Commissioner of the Province. Dofre also honors the bravery and commitment of the FDS and VDP, who are dedicated to maintaining security. He draws significant inspiration from the works of "RENO."

In 2026, Frederic Miampo began recording and releasing his own music. He has made an earnest plea to the residents of Tapoa, seeking support to fulfill his aspiration of acquiring a home studio kit.
