Ouagadougou: Administrative and customary authorities strengthen their collaboration in Koti. The administrative, customary, and traditional authorities of the commune of Koti participated in a training and exchange workshop on June 3 and 4, 2026, aimed at enhancing their collaboration for local governance.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the workshop provided participants with insights into the roles and responsibilities of customary and traditional authorities in local governance. A key presentation was delivered by the Secretary General of the province of Tuy, Dieudonn© Zeda, which focused on these roles and responsibilities.
The event also facilitated group discussions on various themes related to the collaboration between administrative authorities and customary and traditional authorities. Participants expressed appreciation for the initiative and reaffirmed their dedication to working collaboratively for more effective local governance that benefits the community.
