Gayerie Education District Achieves Remarkable 91.71% Success Rate in Primary School Certificate Exam

Gayerie: The Basic Education District of Gay©ri has reported an impressive success rate of 91.71% in the Primary School Certificate (CEP) examination for the 2026 session. The results reveal that 177 out of 193 candidates successfully passed the exam, establishing this percentage as the provincial success rate for Komondjari since it was the only district presenting candidates.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Comrade Raogo Darankoum, the head of the Gay©ri Basic Education District, commended the dedication and hard work of all educational actors who played a role in achieving these results. He described the performance as satisfactory and encouraging, highlighting the collaborative efforts that led to this success.

Comrade Yatenyoua Lucien Ouoba, the provincial director of preschool, primary, and non-formal education in Komondjari, echoed this sentiment. On behalf of his superiors, he expressed gratitude to all stakeholders in the education sector for their commitment. He praised the teachers for their dedication to student education and guidance throughout the year, attributing the success to their unwavering efforts.

The provincial director also wished health and safety for all those involved in the education process, hoping they would enjoy their holidays with their families. Among the successful candidates was Ouoba Mariam from the Ou© school, who celebrated her personal success and her school's perfect pass rate. "I am very happy. I was accepted and my school got 100%," she remarked, expressing her joy and satisfaction with the outcomes.
