Abuja: After a month of training combining musical practice, civics and learning English, Onyx Music, Artistic and Cultural Training (OMFAC) ended, on Sunday, the third edition of its artistic training program in Gaoua. The closing ceremony was punctuated by artistic performances from the learners, who put into practice the knowledge acquired during their training, before the presentation of certificates to the participants according to their respective levels.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the president of OMFAC, Mose Niki©ma, stated that this edition aimed to offer high-quality artistic training while instilling civic and social values in the learners. "The learners were trained in several disciplines, including dance, piano, drums, percussion, bass guitar, solo guitar, and singing. English classes and civic education modules were also integrated into this year's program," he stated.

Mr. Niki©ma explained that the introduction of civic education modules responds to the national context marked by a desire to promote civic behaviors that are conducive to the country's development. "We want everyone to practice civic responsibility so that we can move forward together," he stated.

Participants were divided into groups according to their learning levels. Beginners attended the morning classes, while more advanced learners and those who had participated in previous editions attended the afternoon classes. Certificates were awarded according to the different levels of progression, from level 1 to level 2, with intermediate distinctions.

The president of OMFAC praised the commitment of the trainers and learners who contributed to the success of this third edition, reaffirming the structure's commitment to continue its actions in support of the promotion of culture, civic education, and artistic awakening of young people.
