Koudougou: The Governor of the Nando region, Adama Jean Yves Br, visited on Monday, August 3, the conscripts of the site of the Compulsory Patriotic Immersion (IPO 2026) housed at the Maurice Yameogo National Scientific High School in Koudougou, watching two films with them.

According to Burkina Information Agency, at the head of a delegation including members of the IPO regional organizing committee, the top official in the region was keen to demonstrate his solidarity and unwavering support for the youth in training.

The event was marked by a moment of communion and sharing around the 7th art. The conscripts and the official delegation watched the screening of two African films: "A People Standing Tall" by Burkinabe filmmaker Rasman Oudraogo and "Ebony Wood" by Senegalese director Moussa Tour.

At the end of the session, Governor Br encouraged the young people to capitalize on this experience for their personal and collective transformation. "The work of rebuilding Burkina Faso cannot be possible or sustainable without a youth aware of its responsibilities, disciplined, and driven by a profound sense of duty to the nation. I therefore urge you to be the bearers of our country's values," the Governor declared.

These recreational and cultural activities are in line with the dynamic of raising awareness and strengthening patriotic commitment desired for the IPO 2026 conscripts, deployed across the 13 regions of the country.
