Ouagadougou: During a solemn ceremony to raise the national colors, the administrative authorities expressed their gratitude to the members of the Thiou police district on the occasion of their departure. According to Burkina Information Agency, PDS Rateba Dawega, after his welcoming remarks, called for citizenship, love of country, and support for the FDS and VDP. He emphasized the police's role as a driving force for the smooth running of the town hall's activities and their collaboration with the public. Dawega expressed gratitude to the paramilitary force for their effective execution of their duties.
Commissioner Hubert Koama shared his honor in being part of the community during these moments. He reaffirmed his commitment to the Commune's welfare, thanked the authorities for the recognition, and congratulated participants of the patriotic immersion program for their patriotism since graduation.
Heads of various departments, including animal health, environment, primary inspection, departmental high school, and CVD, expressed appreciation for the collaboration with the police and wished them success in their future careers.
