Poni/bouroum-bouroum: The special delegation of the municipality of Bouroum-Bouroum organized, on September 12, 2026, a cleanliness day in several public spaces of the city, calling on the population to sustainably maintain their clean living environment.
According to Burkina Information Agency, equipped with rakes, shovels, brooms, wheelbarrows, and pickaxes, the participants proceeded to clean several sites, including the Bouroum-Bouroum A public primary school and the market. The event mobilized administrative and customary authorities, conscripts from mandatory patriotic immersion, and youth and women's associations.
At the head of the operation, the first vice-president of the special delegation, Philippe Dolly, representing the president of the special delegation, praised the mobilization of the various actors. He congratulated the participants for their commitment to improving the living environment and the development of the community. Comrade Dolly especially urged people to make keeping public spaces clean a permanent practice, in order to contribute to preserving health and improving the living environment.
This cleanliness day is part of a collective responsibility initiative to keep the public spaces of Bouroum-Bouroum clean and healthy.
