Kaya: Newly graduated recruits undergoing mandatory patriotic immersion (IPO) participated Tuesday in Kaya in the monthly flag-raising ceremony alongside representatives of the Kouls region's institutions. This initiative aims to familiarize them with the institutions of which they will be the future leaders.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony, organized at the Regional Directorate of the National Office for Water and Sanitation (ONEA), brought together administrative authorities, heads of decentralized services, civil society actors, the Defense and Security Forces as well as young conscripts.

In her monthly message, the acting governor of the Kouls region, Bernadette Adenyo/Serm, indicated that the presence of the IPO conscripts at this solemn ceremony should allow them to familiarize themselves with the organization and functioning of the various constituted bodies. "If we wanted the AIPOs to be with us, it was also to give them an immersion in the organization of constituted bodies," she explained.

The regional authority presented these young people as the future successors to the officials and actors currently involved in the functioning of the administration and the building of the Nation. "You are our little brothers, you are our children, and you are the next generation that will succeed each of us," she told them.

Comrade Adenyo/Serm invited the AIPOs to retain the lessons received during their training and to translate them into their daily behavior. "We want to continue to see truly transformed citizens who impact their generation and who are role models in their families, in their communities and for this nation, Burkina Faso," she insisted.

The acting governor finally urged the young people called upon to pursue their studies with commitment so that they can, in the future, join the administration and the various sectors of activity and contribute to the building of Burkina Faso.
