The commander of BIR 28 paid tribute to the community for their courage, determination, and resilience amid ongoing challenges. He acknowledged the difficulties faced but praised their perseverance alongside the Defense and Security Forces and the Volunteers for the Defense of the Homeland, emphasizing that Arbinda remains strong.

He also recognized the efforts of forces on the ground, particularly the VDP, who work tirelessly with the FDS to secure the population and promote peace. The celebrations featured various artistic and cultural performances, highlighting local talents, which the commander encouraged developing to enhance the province's artistic and cultural potential.

Furthermore, the commander urged citizens to prioritize social cohesion, stressing unity and solidarity in combating terrorism. He called on the population to continue their support for the fighting forces, emphasizing, "It is together that we will drive the terrorists out of our country."
