Nabere Youth Contribute Cement and Funds to Faso Mebo Initiative

Diebougou:Bougouriba Young people from the village of Nabere in the commune of Gbondjigui have contributed one ton of cement and 50,000 CFA francs to the presidential initiative, Faso Mebo. They also participated in paving work at the institution's site in Diebougou.

According to Burkina Information Agency, this mobilization, led by Martin Traore, demonstrates the young people's desire to contribute concretely to the construction and beautification of their province. Traore emphasized the importance of commitment through work and setting an example, stating, "We are revolutionaries. And revolution is work."

Martin Traore called on fellow citizens to prioritize concrete actions, urging them to first beautify Diebougou before focusing on other municipalities. He believes that local development depends on citizen mobilization, insisting that the province can only be built by its own people, starting with the youth.

In a call to action, Traore invited young people from various villages and towns to become more involved in the success of Faso Mebo in Bougouriba. He reminded them that contributions could be made through physical labor, in-kind donations, or financial support. He also urged the population to maintain constructive attitudes and refrain from making discouraging remarks about those involved in the initiative.

Zidi Nikiema, a member of the donation reception committee, praised the contribution of the young people of Nabere, expressing gratitude for their solidarity towards Faso Mebo. The handover was attended by several members of the organization's steering team, the President of the special delegation of the commune of Diebougou, Aime Ouedraogo, and the High Commissioner of the province of Bougouriba, Amidou Konate.
