The Regional Directorate of Basic Education and Language Promotion of the Center-West, in collaboration with the structure "Rouamba Formation", donated the sum of 150,000 CFA francs and ten school bags with supplies to the association of widows of FDS fallen on the field of honor, for the benefit of orphans, on the occasion of the 2024-2025 school year.There are several reasons for this patriotic act carried out by the regional management of Basic Education and Language Promotion of the Centre-West, in collaboration with the structure 'Rouamba Formation'.According to the regional director, Abylaicé Rouamba, this return to school coincides with the national days of patriotic commitment and civic participation."What could be more logical than seeking to carry out concrete, useful and beneficial actions for a certain category of people in need," he added.Thus, faced with the difficulties encountered by certain families, the idea of ??helping orphans whose parents fell on the field of honour while defendi ng the homeland, germinated in the minds of people of good will such as the structure "Rouamba Formation", which saw fit to act with heart. The regional director also thought of children who do not have money to buy a treat during recess. Each beneficiary receives 15,000 CFA francs as pocket money for recess during the term.According to Mr. Rouamba, the goal of this donation is to ensure equal opportunities for children. He added that "what we are offering is certainly minimal, but it could encourage other people of good will to follow this example to allow a greater number of children to benefit from care."As for the president of the association of widows of fallen FDS, Mrs. Konaté née Yolande Toé, this act of solidarity deeply touches all the members of the association.
