Yamoussoukro:Former Burkina Faso Stallions striker Aristide Banc paid a visit to the Burkinabe U17 girls' national football team, encouraging them to strive for excellence in their upcoming matches.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Banc met the team at their hotel, where he urged the young players to "give their all" while representing their country. He emphasized the importance of teamwork and national pride, stating, "When you are in the national team you have to give your all. You play for the country. Everyone is watching you."

Banc, who has been a significant figure in Burkina Faso's football history, shared his insights with the players. He highlighted the value of unity in achieving success, saying, "It is together that you can achieve a result. That's what the national team is all about."

He also reflected on his own experiences, encouraging the players to set an example and believe in their potential. Banc described football as "the best job in the world" and wished the team good luck for the remainder of the WAFU-B U17 tournament.

Before concluding his visit, Banc, affectionately known as "Big," joined the players and technical staff for a photo session, leaving them with a motivational boost.
