Seven people were arrested by the police, following a video showing a man chained to a tree and violently whipped by young people, despite his cries of pain and his pleas, a learned the AIB on Thursday from reliable sources.

The seven accused are alleged employees of a famous healer, officiating in Komsilga, about twenty kilometers south of Ouagadougou.
