Ouagadougou: The provincial coordination of women of Banwa offered this Monday, August 24, 2026, four goats, worth 70,000 FCFA, to those called up for mandatory patriotic immersion. The donation was received by the president of the special delegation (PDS) of Solenzo, Marou Ilboudo, in the presence of, among others, the provincial director of Secondary Education, Vocational and Technical Training of Banwa.

According to Burkina Information Agency, through this gesture, the women of Banwa intend to support the conscripts engaged in this patriotic immersion and contribute to their living conditions. Upon receiving the donation, the PDS of Solenzo, Marou Ilboudo, praised the initiative of the provincial women’s coordination and their commitment to the province’s vital forces.

He expressed his gratitude to the women for their act of solidarity, while encouraging them to continue their efforts to promote social cohesion and patriotic engagement. The donation is part of ongoing support for conscripts participating in mandatory patriotic immersion programs in Banwa province.
