Bobo-Dioulasso: The Minister in charge of the Budget, Fatoumata Bako, on Monday called on professional artists to produce engaged and politically conscious works to meet the growing demand for these works.'Faced with a constantly changing world, artists never cease to amaze us and reinvent themselves.
