Johannesburg: The Secretary General of the Gnagna province, Mendien dit Moussa Soma, proceeded on Tuesday in Bogand© to the official opening of the envelopes containing the subjects of the theoretical eligibility test of the Higher Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CSAP©), thus launching the professional examinations of school teachers in the province.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony took place at the single center in Bogand©, set up at the Tambousgou Public Primary School, in the presence of administrative authorities, jury members, and supervisors. The procedures were followed meticulously to ensure confidentiality, transparency, and credibility of the examination process.
On this occasion, the Secretary General of the province, Mendien dit Moussa Soma, speaking on behalf of the High Commissioner of Gnagna, urged the candidates to demonstrate composure, focus, and integrity throughout the exams. He emphasized the importance of maintaining the province's track record in school exam results, with Sirba leading in Burkina Faso. Soma encouraged the candidates to strive for excellent outcomes.
According to official statistics, 151 candidates registered for this session, consisting of 47 women and 104 men. Out of these, 146 candidates, including 46 women and 100 men, participated in the exam. Five candidates, comprising one woman and four men, were absent, resulting in an absence rate of 3.31%.
Before the exams commenced, a roll call was conducted at 6:30 a.m., and candidates were required to present their Burkinabe National Identity Card (CNIB) for identity verification. Supervisors reiterated the importance of discipline, the prohibition of fraud, and adherence to the rules governing the professional examinations to ensure fairness and calm during the tests.
The CSAP© is a crucial exam for primary school teachers who meet the required conditions, assessing their pedagogical and professional skills. Success in this exam is a significant step in their career development, providing opportunities for advancement within the teaching profession.
