Gnagna Vocational Training Programs Achieve Perfect Success Rate in CQP 2026

Gnagna: Eight vocational training programs in the Gnagna province recorded a 100% success rate in the 2026 session of the Professional Qualification Certificate (CQP), the results of which were announced this Tuesday, with an overall success rate of 93.83%.

According to Burkina Information Agency, statistics from the Provincial Directorate of Secondary Education, Vocational and Technical Training (DPESFPT) of Gnagna reveal that the following programs have admitted all of their candidates present: women's tailoring (64 admitted out of 64 present), men's tailoring (7 admitted out of 7), building electrician's assistant (3 admitted out of 3), moped and motorcycle mechanic (5 admitted out of 5), woodworking (1 admitted out of 1), metalworking (16 admitted out of 16), weaving (35 admitted out of 35) and dyeing (10 admitted out of 10).

Across the province, 243 candidates were registered for this session. Of these, 32 were absent, while 211 candidates actually sat for the exam. Following the deliberations of the examination boards, 198 candidates were declared successful, representing an overall pass rate of 93.83%.

The other programs also showed good results, although with more contrasting outcomes. The men's clothing program had 38 successful candidates out of 44, representing a pass rate of 86.36%, while the masonry program had 7 successful candidates out of 8, corresponding to a rate of 87.5%. The women's hairdressing program, meanwhile, had 12 successful candidates out of 18, a pass rate of 66.66%, the lowest of this session.

These results demonstrate the combined efforts of learners, trainers, and supervisors in vocational training in the Gnagna province. They also confirm the improved quality of training provided in the various centers, while strengthening the socio-professional integration prospects of new graduates.
