Fada n'gourma: At the end of the 2025 baccalaureate exam, the province of Gourma recorded a success rate of 54.52% for all series combined.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the provincial director in charge of secondary education in Gourma, Gabriel Sawadogo, reported that the province achieved 1,923 admissions. Among these successful candidates, 1,035 were girls and 888 were boys, marking a 54.52% success rate in the 2025 baccalaureate exam session.

Mr. Sawadogo highlighted that Series C had an outstanding performance with a 100% success rate, which included 36 admissions-17 girls and 19 boys.

He further noted that the Goulmou region, including Sirba and Tapoa, achieved a higher success rate of 56.92%. This success was evidenced by 2,496 admissions out of 4,385 candidates who took the exam.
