Nahouri: The governor of the Nazinon region, Yvette Nacoulma, who also serves as the president of the regional cell of the Mandatory Patriotic Immersion (IPO) of Nazinon, conducted a supervision mission at the provincial high school of P in Nahouri. The school is currently hosting over 700 conscripts as part of the IPO.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the primary aim of this field mission was to gain insights into the living conditions of the conscripts and to encourage those involved in facilitating the smooth operation of the immersion program. The regional unit, led by Governor Nacoulma, sought to ensure the effectiveness of the program and to motivate the participants.

The visit included a comprehensive tour of the various services at the center, guided by the head of the site, Romo Oudraogo. During her address to the conscripts, Governor Nacoulma congratulated them on their recent success in the baccalaureate exams and their dedication to participating in the IPO 2026.

Governor Nacoulma emphasized the importance of the program, stating, "You are the citizens and leaders of tomorrow. And we are training you to exercise this responsibility." She outlined several key values that the conscripts would learn during their stay, including selflessness, a taste for effort, sacrifice, integrity, love for country, and commitment to the common good.

She urged the conscripts to return to their communities as agents of change, imparting the knowledge, skills, and attitudes acquired during the immersion to others who did not have the same opportunity. "What you will learn in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, you must in turn teach to your younger brothers and other members of the community," advised Comrade Nacoulma.

In her closing remarks, Governor Nacoulma emphasized the recruits' role as "the true architects of the People's Progressive Revolution (PPR)." She stressed the importance of diligently adhering to the guidelines and visions provided, as the conscripts will be responsible for implementing them effectively in their communities.

The visit concluded with an activity conducted by the conscripts, leaving Governor Nacoulma satisfied with the program's adherence to instructions. She also provided further guidance to the team on-site to ensure the continued success of the immersion program.
