The head of the canton of Guéguéré, His Majesty Téonan 2, officially presented to the regional authorities of the South-West in Dano, the receipt for payment of the sum of 554,550 FCFA, representing the contribution of 37 villages of his territorial jurisdiction to the patriotic support fund, April 20, 2024.The presentation of the receipt of 554,550 FCFA took place during the ceremony of the provincial community days at the Dano Women's Museum.According to the cantonal chief of Guéguéré, Téonan 2, this sum represents the contribution to the peace effort of the populations of 37 villages in the commune.The secretary general of the south-west region, Robert Zoungrana, who received the payment receipt from the head of the canton of Guéguéré, Téonan 2, thanked the inhabitants of the said commune for this patriotic outburst.Source: Burkina Information Agency
