Komondjari: The provincial director of Secondary Education and Vocational and Technical Training of Komondjari, Harouna Decard Sawadogo, officially launched the sports events of the Brevet d'etudes du premier cycle (BEPC), 2026 session, this Wednesday, at the grounds of the provincial high school of Gayeri.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the provincial director commended the candidates for their commitment and resilience in a context marked by persistent security challenges in the province. He encouraged them to demonstrate courage and determination throughout the various stages of the examination, emphasizing their dedication to continuing their studies despite the difficulties.
Before the start of the sporting activities, the examiners reminded the candidates of the instructions to be followed and provided practical advice for the smooth running of the tests, in accordance with the regulations in force. The launch of the sporting events marks the beginning of the BEPC evaluation process in the province of Komondjari.
Data from the organizers revealed that the candidates hail from the municipal and provincial high schools of Gayeri. Out of 40 registered candidates, 37 participated in this first phase of the exam, a participation rate deemed satisfactory by educational officials. Despite the challenging environment, educational authorities are working to ensure adequate organizational conditions.
The effective holding of these tests reflects the combined efforts of the actors in the education system to ensure the continuity of educational and evaluative activities in the region.
