Koudougou Prisoners Contribute to National Construction Effort

Koudougou: Inmates at the Koudougou Detention and Correction Center (MACK) demonstrated their support for the national construction effort on Saturday, February 21, AIB observed. Accompanied by the prison director, Casimir Niki©ma, and his close associates, the inmates symbolically donated a ton of cement to the Faso Mªbo initiative in the Nando region. They explained that this gesture was a direct response to the call for mobilization issued by the Head of State, Captain Ibrahim Traor©.

According to Burkina Information Agency, beyond the material donation, the inmates participated in a paving stone-making session, illustrating their civic engagement. The ceremony took place in the presence of the governor's technical advisor, Augustin Ou©draogo, as well as regional officials from Faso Mªbo, who praised this exemplary act of patriotism for the socio-economic development of the country.
