Mouhoun: The "YOROWI" Early Childhood Education and Awakening Center in Bondoukuy organized an educational outing to the Basic Education District (CEB) on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, to present the achievements recorded by the learners at the end of the 2025-2026 school year. Led by their supervisors, the toddlers were received by the Head of the Basic Education District (CCEB), Belohou/Kamouni Evelyne, and the educational supervisors of the district.
According to Burkina Information Agency, this initiative aimed to highlight the results of the educational work carried out throughout the school year, promoting learning and enhancing closeness with the local educational authority. The ceremony featured the performance of the national anthem in the Jula language, "Faso Fassa", followed by the anthem of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES). The children performed these with confidence and skill, greatly impressing the audience.
The learners' demonstrations, greeted with warm applause, demonstrate the center's desire to instill values of patriotism, civic-mindedness, and national belonging from a young age. At the end of the services, the head of the center handed over to the CCEB a document containing several grievances related to improving the operating conditions of the establishment and the supervision of the children. These requests are to be forwarded to the municipal authorities and relevant bodies for review.
Ms. Belohou congratulated all the staff at the center for their efforts in supervising the children, emphasizing that preschool education requires patience, commitment, and professionalism. The CCEB reassured the center's managers of its willingness to support their initiatives and pass on the concerns raised to the relevant authorities. The meeting ended in a friendly atmosphere with the presentation of gifts to the children, encouraging their performance and discipline.
