Recipients of 2025 Honorary Distinctions Present Medals to Gnagna Authorities

Gnagna: The recipients of 2025 honors in the Gnagna province officially presented their medals to the province's administrative, military, and paramilitary authorities this Saturday, January 10, 2026. Driven by a profound sense of gratitude, the honorees performed this civic act during a simple yet highly symbolic ceremony held in the "La Sagesse" conference hall, in the presence of the High Commissioner of the Gnagna province, Jean Baptiste Beogo.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony was held under the banner of gratitude and respect for institutions, bringing together administrative, military, and paramilitary authorities, as well as numerous relatives and friends of the recipients. Inspired by the African proverb that "gratitude is the memory of the heart," the honorees expressed their profound gratitude for the support, trust, and guidance they received throughout their professional careers.

Hamadou Bourgou, the recipients' representative and head of the Bogande Basic Education District (CEB), who was made a Knight of the Order of the Stallion, stated that this gesture serves as a reminder that every individual distinction is the result of a collective effort. He emphasized that it further commits the recipient to serving with loyalty, integrity, and dedication.
