Hound: The provincial directorate of the National Police of Tuy has made a significant contribution to the paving project of the Medical Center with a surgical unit in Hound. On Saturday, August 15, 2026, they donated 150,000 FCFA and actively participated in the production of paving stones for the facility.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the Tuy National Police are committed to enhancing the environment around the Medical Center by utilizing both financial resources and manpower. Norbert Bayala, the provincial director of the National Police, emphasized that their involvement is intended to support the paving initiative at the CMA, which is viewed as an integral part of the community. He noted their contribution not only in terms of financial input but also through the physical efforts of police staff in the paving process.
High Commissioner of Tuy, Issiaka Segda, praised the provincial directorate of the National Police for their role in the improvement of the CMA site. He highlighted the necessity for enhancements due to issues like stagnant water and challenging access to the site.
Issiaka Segda further explained that this project falls under the Presidential Initiative for Community Development, which motivates communities to actively engage and address their challenges. He lauded the police personnel for their dedication and encouraged them to remain committed to seeing the project through to completion.
