Toma: After a break due to the rainy season, members of the Nayala Citizen Watch resumed their drainage ditch cleaning operation in the town of Toma on Sunday, November 9, 2025, after a hiatus of approximately three months. This citizen initiative aims to improve sanitation in the town and prevent the risk of flooding.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the Wayignians gathered at the Bassirou kiosk from 7 a.m., equipped with shovels, picks, and other tools, to clean the gutters from the stop sign next to the Rel-Wend wine cellar to the Bientama shop. This effort marks their continued commitment to maintaining the cleanliness of their city.
