The Association Monde Rural initiated on Friday August 11, 2023 in Ouahigouya, a training session in the creation and management of income-generating activities for the benefit of 25 women and men from the town of Titao.
They are 25 women including 5 men to respond this Friday, August 10, 2023 to a training activity for women in the creation and management of income-generating activities organized in Ouahigouya by the Rural World Association (AMR) as part of the Right to grow project. (R2G).
According to the organizers, this activity aims to equip the members of the partner associations of the project with skills to create additional income.
The participants had exchanges with technicians from microfinance institutions such as the Caisse Populaire and the Baorés Traditionnels d'Epargne et de Crédit (BTEC) of Ouahigouya.
These exchanges allowed the participants to come into contact with the missions of the microfinance structures and their credit conditions.
The engagement of women in entrepreneurship will contribute to strengthening their capacity for resilience in these times of security crisis.
It will also strengthen the nutrition sector as desired by the R2G project
